Visited Horizon Hill early this year and that time they were launching link house priced at RM980k. Not sure what's the status now..... Unlike last time, now we need to folk out 10% or more for down payment and serve the progressive interest during construction. Might as well get sub sale. For the price at RM980k, can even get a decent link house at Tmn Desa....
