Developed over the span of four years in collaboration with some of the world's top musicians, DJs and producers, the Crossfade LP delivers epic sound with a distinct design composed of luxurious fabrics and lightweight metals. Designed to be the ultimate versatile and multi-purpose headphone, Crossfade LP is made for people on the move, at the gym or on the stage.
Epic sound with a distinct design.

Jet black exoskeleton carrying case included.
High-Definition Sound

Featuring patent pending 50mm Dual-Diaphragm High-Definition Drivers, the Crossfade LP delivers the sound of multiple drivers with the efficiency of a single smaller driver. The result is deep vibrant bass, juicy mid-range, and crystal clarity on today's portable devices without the need for any batteries. The driver's diaphragm is constructed of a harder inner ring providing an extended high range and a softer outer ring for deep lows, resulting in an unprecedented sound. Supple memory foam ear cushions isolate noise and immerse you into your own world of sound.

Fashion Forward Design

With the Crossfade LP, music lovers experience a sophisticated headphone with a true fashion-forward look. Created with a unique metal "V" design and available in White Pearl, Phantom Chrome and Gunmetal Black, the Crossfade LP gives music enthusiasts a sophisticated headphone with a fashion-forward look. For people on the move, the Crossfade LP is equipped with a detachable cable featuring a three-button remote control and high-fidelity microphone to easily change volume and answer or end phone calls.

Ultimate Ergonomic Comfort

Your headphones are supposed to be comfortable. With the Crossfade LP, you get an incredibly lightweight headphone that you can wear for hours. Using a revolutionary metal "V" design and supple air-cushion memory foam, the Crossfade LP weighs only 280 grams and offers an ergonomic comfortable fit. Relentless research went into the precise shape and materials of the headband and ear cushions, resulting in a tailored, fashionable fit without unsightly gaps and minimal pressure on the head and ears.

Universal Compatibility

Now, your calls and your music are in stereo. Featuring a three-button remote and discrete high-fidelity **microphone, the remote/mic cable gives you complete control of your calls and your music. You can adjust the volume, control the playback of your music and video, or record voice memos and answer calls from your iPhone 3GS and more. Plus, you get a long (69-inch) audio cable with 1/4-inch adapter so you can listen to music from your iPod, iPhone or professional stereo equipment. Want to use the Crossfade LP with your Mac? You can, it's compatible with the latest Mac products, including the iMac, Mac Pro, MacBook or MacBook Pro and can be used for iChat, Skype, VoIP, and other audio recording applications.

Built To Last

V-MODA is passionate about sound and providing you a durable product. Four years of testing the Crossfade LP on tour and in everyday life situations resulted in a tank-like steel frame, flexible memory headband, and detachable Kevlar-reinforced cables to ensure unprecedented durability. That commitment to quality stays with you--each Crossfade LP is backed by an unrivaled one-year premier warranty. If you're rough on your headphones, don't worry. And now, if I may, abit of feedback regarding the headphones and of V-Moda.
First of, I would like to share my experience dealing with V-MODA as an international customer (Malaysia). I hope this would help some fellow international customers who are thinking of ordering it via V-MODA's website. I ordered the headphones and later found out that I could customize the plates of the headphones. So i ordered the plates and had to pay for shipping again, (obviously). But I called V-Moda up and was attended to buy a very friendly sales associate and requested if they could ship both items together to make it more convenient. And he said that it would be possible and that he would refund me the shipping (I did not ask for the shipping to be refunded but only for the items to be sent together). If i am not mistaken the name of the associate at V-MODA was David Steinfeld.

And now for abit about the headphones, the headphones arrived with the custom plates installed into the headphones as per requested. The first thing I did was obviously to want to know how the headphone sounds like, (they look gorgeous by the way). So I put the headphones on and listen to a few tracks straight out from my iPod like “Feel So Close To You Right Now – by Calvin Harris” , “Without You – Usher * David Guetta” , Michael Buble tracks and Michael Jackson tracks.
Initially the music sounded really good on the first two tracks, and then I thought to myself that maybe cause its bassy music and sort of club music. But then when I started to listen to a few other genres, it sounded good too and I was shocked that it did. And this would be because the headphones are very neutral and theyre good all rounders.
Getting more into how they sound, the highs are abit rolled off, the mids are sweet and the drums spunds from the lower mids have a nice strong “thump” to it. The thing that is unique about the M80 is the reproduction of the bass, the bass is very strong and punchy but incredibly tight. Its very very tight and controlled. There are many headphones that have good bass but they are not as tight and snappy, the real unique thing about the bass though, if that is not unique enough from such a small headphone is that the bass is very segmented and layered, when I was listening to music that has a lot of bass like R&B, or DJ mixed music, I found that the bass had like two segments, meaning to say that it felt akin to a Balanced armature earphone that had two woofers and both of them were producing bass from two different sources in the music, like one produced the bass solely from the kick and another reproduced the bass solely from the bass guitar, and I found that really unique and I would like to know if anyone else here fells the same way. Having said that, I feel like the M80’s sound a lot like the Shure SE530 earphones but with deeper and more punchy bass that is very well controlled. That’s what I think about the V-MODA’s. Would love to know what the others find about the headphone too!

Cheers!
