No USB, no bluetooth, no aux ...

Gonna start an internship soon, so there will be many hours spent on the road crawling through traffic. Was wondering what options do I have to be able to connect my iPhone 4 to the stereo.

- My ride: Myvi
- Prefers SQ/SPL/SQL: SQ I guess, but just decent will do.
- File format/medium used for my source: iPhone, hence mp3/m4a
- Music genre: mixture
- Budget: don't exactly know how much should I allocate for this
- Setup type preferences: er ...
- Other requirements (if any): guess not?

i have some stupid questions

1. is power related to volume?
if my volume is 10 the power supplied to the speaker is 31watt.
if my turn up my volume to 15, the speaker consumes 43watt?

2. my speaker rated 50W rms, i have a headunit MOSFET 50WX4
meaning the headunit will not powered the speaker will right because headunit power is always <50W or even <40W
So, i need an amplifier right?

hi there friends....im new this topic so hopefully I can get some good advice for my car's ICE.

currently im driving a teana and the ice really sucks.... im planning to upgrade but not sure what should I change,speakers or the head unit? today my cd changer refused to read any cd's that was insterted until I had to turn off my engine and reboot the HDU again. I also noticed that there is no playback function if playing any music from the USB...I have to remember where did the song last stopped and I have to manually fwd it if I turn off and on my engine...this really sucks for such an expensive car...
hopefully some one can help me out and give me the best advice on how to solve this problem....appreciate it

Hi bro. Thanx for ur advice but do you think anything can be done if I to maintain the headunit? It's still under warranty though that's why. Appreciate if you can let me know what's the best option bro.

amp with rms 120w max 400w, powering a sub with rms 400w max 1400w

situation B:
amp with rms 500w max 1500w, powering a sub with rms 200w max 400w
