It is not a squat stand, it is a power rack with capability to add cable pulldown. Or you have anything similar but cheaper?

Inquired at Weider Sunway and the sales man just said they don't carry Olympic plates and barbell, then continued jogging at the treadmill  ignore customer.

Bro, I think RM2.9k for the power rack is rather expensive.. for the plates, are the prices per piece or per pair? and the barbell is just a generic one? anybody else interested to buy? I think if we group up and buy can ask for discount..

In case anyone is interested, they're having a sale at Weider B.Bintang but only for the 1.25kg rubberised olympic barbell plates.
It's only RM10 each, I got 2 for myself.

few years back, last time i haven't lift yet but my brother did because he was about to build a home gym at our home

that was like when i was form 4, form 5, matriculation years something like that

a few years back? aaronpang get that quote last month and you are comparing with the price from a few years back? can I get a litre of ron95 with a 1990's price?
