Hi, it's free to upgrade from 1mbps to 4mb bb package

Cool!! How long can the process be done to upgrade it? Ow and can I call 100 to upgrade? Cause I heard a lot of people say if you call 100 they will install the upgrade within 24 hour. Is that true?

Registering online will takes 3 - 5 days to be done.
Because technician will go to port in port to 4mb and bring a free WiFi modem to you.

Hi, no payment is needed.
You'll be receiving official TM bill next month as usual but the bill will charge you RM 140/ month
Yeah, technician will still be sent to your house as you'll be getting a free wifi modem and they need to setup 4mb for you.

but if the modem is already setted-up or so to speak, will they still be sending a technician there?

Then they will go to setup the dsl box (port in to 4mb from 1mb) only

as I am actually living in a rental house, the previous tenants also had streamyx but now they cancelled their subscription, but leaving all the gadgets and gizmos of sorts there. when we moved in, we applied for a new telephone line and number. thus, still works. so now, we are planning to apply a new Streamyx subscription. that's why I figured, if all is already intact, there shouldn't be any need for a technician to come and set it up

No matter you want to upgrade or apply, you'll be getting a new wifi modem. Its free, if you don't want that, you'll still need to pay RM140/month. So, take it as spare in case the modem left spoilt.

Hi Fliztone,

If you want to upgrade your streamyx, you must use owner's IC to upgrade, in this case is your Mum's IC.
Please provide me your Mum's IC to proceed your registration
