I am looking forward if its before 5% discount, that will be around RM420+ psft after discount.. location better than Zefer, and cheaper than Duet.. plus point for Duet is golf view but still has the unknown SKIP highway risk
I have scouted Kinrara area for the last 5 years.. (saja in and out kepoh kepoh), this area is very quiet, quite a distance to mainroad (2km+)
Investment wise, KR2 still King (LRT, KL/BJ address, great access),
Rimba lack of convenient in public transport, not sure about flip play, need other development like IOI skyz and skypod to elevate puchong pricing to the next level. Rental play wise 2k bare unit in this area is abit tough. The only plus point is Freehold and lesser competition (Sierra Residence kenot fight la, wanna fight also fight with Duet and Zest).. Kinrara being Kinrara, it is still one of the prefered housing area to stay in south KV
I like quiet and Green.. my view for this place is more for own stay. Investment wise, IMHO, prepare to hold for a longer period..
