10Semantan is a normal condo (not nice at all)... prices have been flat for a long time with bad access etc..
Bukit Tunku got too many 'unrenovated' houses there... Mahathir son mansion in Country Heights, Kajang (not good maintenance also)

shit, i passed this house a few times before and i recall seeing a big letter "M" on the entry arch / gate, so i mistakenly thought Dr M or relative house.

just out of curiosity i wonder how much the house and land is worth, any idea.?

Should be more than RM100 mill easily.. u can google up to see how the house looks like inside (i wouldnt stay thr, looks like a concept house showroom).. maybe the M is for his friendship with mahadir drool.gif drool.gif

Wide range from 400-800 depending on the location smile.gif smile.gif so the land on his lot should be around 20 mill at least (42k*500)..

It is the common water tank. About 200 residents in the apartment were affected.

Should be Block B.
Block A is labelled as Peninsula Residence, instead of 10 Semantan.

Good for rental but I doubt there is any significant upside for capital appreciation.

That’s my view though.
