i want spartan! anyone want to trade/sell let me know.

That's the thing lah regarding series 2...manage to complete my 1st sets with rm12.90 price tags & additional extra cost for popular minifigs like Vampire, Pharaoh & Spartan from trading/buy from third party....1 week after, they drop their price to rm9.90 (that's the 1st WTF)...then 2 week after, they restock another 3 MISB...WTF i said again, so i wallop the popular minifigs without second thought!

maybe the Rm 12.90 is to cover the lego promotion cost. Once promotion contest over, they reduce price to Rm 9.90. Just one of my assumptions.

I thought when series 2 finish, there would be no restock as informed by staff (similar like Series 1). Then following week, see new stocks but when want to picit2, staff say nice ones oreldi sold. Sometimes when there is not many customers in store, to overcome boredom the TRU staff would go picit2 the lego packets..if they do not know abt the cheat sheet.

Hope series 4 would come in soon.

Nola, they just raise just to milk more money. The staff know the cheat sheet le, last time i was there searching he give me the whole cheat sheet to see.

Staff also pandai nowadays. What are the chances LEGO offer Star Wars minifigures in individual packets? Maybe would cost more.

I have a SW LEGO Encyclopedia purchased from BORDERS Bookstore at the Curve (free Luke minifigure) and the SW figures poisoned me kaw kaw.

Won't gonna happen la, those magnet set with minifigs now also glued to the magnet d (although the quality is worse than the one from playset) coz hasbro kacau. So LEGO can't sell individual SW or any license theme minifigs.

how much is the selling price of series 2 in TRU? RM9.90 or RM12.90?

now at 9.90 for both series 2 and 3 at TRU.. u need any? let me know la.

hmm, TRU Tebrau City have plenty of them. The Spartan, pharoah and vampire out of stock. other minifigs still plenty :-p

last i check, pj/kl sold out.. dunno got restock or not.

maybe should call their customer service, see if they'll tell haha

just wondering where can i source the extra "Tile 4 x 3 with 4 Studs in Center"....some other minifigs need to "stand" for display :-)

TRU KLCC have one case of Series 2 and 3 at the cashier counter this morning. BTW their new outlet is located at 2nd flr near BATA.

This morning got many sifus picking out the cases. Alllook very serious.

Anyway just to let you know that those are not the only cases offered. TRU mgt foresee something so only put one case of S2 and S3 out. There are more virgin cases and they will replenish randomly into the two cases as and when they need to.

TRU KLCC is now in some corner of KLCC. Not very obvious from the escalator area. The store is now much larger than the old location. Bought myself the Ice Dragon and the female ninja Nya. Since both cost slightly more than RM 150 got a RM 10 voucher. The voucher can only be used at TRU KLCC and only till 1st May Since expire so fast I just grabbed one Series 3 pack worth RM 9.90. Not really expecting anything since I know ppl will sapu the hot figures. Got the female tennis player.

I never knew those who tikam the minifigures are as serious as those who hunt the Hot Wheel T-hunts That is why I'm not intending to collect all of them since it is so hard to get a set (unless I buy a case, which frankly is very expensive). I do not like collectible stuff anyway after spending so much money on collectible game when I was younger.

There is a City display with the 2011 police station, 2011 police trailer, 2011 police boat,modified TRU truck set and pizza corner.

When I was there, a man was asking if the 2011 police station is on sale. Sadly there is no stock. If only there are more police stations to go around and cheaper!!! Also no police trailer (there is 3 in Isetan), no police van with orange bike.
