Hi... I think quite a few of us want to help out but it ll be great if the seniors can guide what we can do to help...
I ve browsed the Traks site and cant seem to find anything ...but I for one is keen to participate ...Can you share how you guys did it in 2008?

I didnt get a new bike just to ride and FRIM, RRI kinda trail ...

If ever I see a horse at Kiara ...Im gonna do a Gregor Clegane on em ...

Anyway...with whats happening in Kiara ...now no mood to think of upgrade ....
Might as well get a cheap hardy hardtail to ride in Kiara enough ...

In 2008, the Equestrian Club with DBKL were UNDER instruction from the then Agong to build Horse Trails for Endurance Horse training. 20 odd kilometres was ravaged which is what you see now the Horse Trails. A lot of the trails were detroyed including Mondo, Pondok to Pondok, Janis, Lower Short and Upper Short, Bar-A-Kuda, IUD, Boulder, Pure Quill etc etc. With TRAKS headed by Joe Adnan, Pat Brunsdon, Huang Ying How and some us we had a meeting to discuss issues with DBKL. At that time the Landscape Department were the custodian of Kiara Park. After a few rounds with DBKL, represented by Huang Ying How, Pat and Friends of Bukit Kiara (FBOK), we manage to do some damage control but the damages were already done. The DHillers including myself, Rizal Redride, Keng Leong, Fish, etc also shows our support by doing awareness within the community. For those of you who wish to be part of the Voice, the best way is to approach TRAKS and request for a meeting so that the task or ways around it can be discussed. You will definitely need support from FOBK as they have been fighting for this Hill long before us and they do have some heavyweights who stay in TTDI. This is a collective effort and support is utmost important. We are talking about going head to head with DBKL and influential organisation who wants to see Bkt Kiara developed such as Sime Darby, Berjaya and ASTRO.

My opinion is Lime is a seasonal color ...its nice ...but not for everyone

I think one of the best ways to create awareness is to write a Letter to the STAR editor together with the pics. It also worthwhile to contact Segambut MP LIM Lip Eng seeking and seek an audience with DBKL. For those of you here who are aspiring writers etc etc can start the ball rolling asap. Time is running out.
