Whats the point ...

hi to all the MTbikers here.
One of my friend is offering me a used Giant Yukon FX frame and a new magura MM 100XC fork for RM1600,is it a good buy? The frame is almost mint, with a slight scratch only. From my understanding, the XC at the fork is stands for cross country rite?what is the different in bike specs between XC and DH bike?

KSH it seems can't be trust. Maybe is the worker problem. I asked about Santa Cruz Superlight. Just need the frame only and transfer my previous bike group set.
I want the rear shock Fox Kashima RP23.
But the SC worker say it cannot work with Superlight. Alot problem. But I check online. Alot people upgrade to rp23 kashima on their Superlight. Now I'm so confused.

there will be 2 choice for me to choose.
1. Polygon Cozmic 4.0 (around RM3XXX)
2. MATTS TFS 500-D    (around RM3xxx)

which 1 is more good for me?
cos the price alomost the same.
or u guy got better bike recommend for me?
