Thanks. smile.gif

Those old 'chocolate chip' camouflage are now available in surplus, issued to the New Iraqi Army as well as the New Iraqi Police. Now I want to find additional action figures with middle-eastern faces and another 'chocolate chip' camo BDU, standard-issued dust goggles, tan boots and vests compatible with banana clips so I can create soldiers of NIA. I already have helmets and AKs.

Once I received a 2nd hand digital camera from my dad and having some extra time, I was thinking of opening a site about my collection.

Playing around with lighting effects ala Doom 3, using 1/6 scale action figures. Some of the images were blurred on purpose in order to achieve the right effect.

^er. don't mind me saying this, but don't you think that's too much doom effect?
I can only make out a SAS standing infront an "Encyclopedia of (hand)guns". the rest are too blury.

I was having too much fun with the new digital camera I got, so I went a bit overboard 'playing' Doom 3. xD

I didn't bother to read the camera's manual then. So yes, after reading up on the subject of the best settings for taking closeups, it immediately chopped my boner in ten cuts. Nonetheless, I learn a great deal of lesson from this photoshoot and hopefully my next attempt at 'producing' Doom 3 effects won't suck.

Anyway, with a digital camera in my possession, I redid the photoshoot for the Delta Force "Striker" Overload Custom as seen in my blog. I posted it in the One Sixth Warrior Forum. Check it out. The pics are also posted in the Xl-Shop forum.

All I see in 1/6 scale action figure nowadays are 'tacticool' M4 SOPMODs, a bajillion of em'. Why is there very little love for the old skool M16A2 + M203 combo of which were infamously introduced as Tony Montana's (Scarface) 'little friend'?
