So gross. Almost threw up in my mouth when I saw. As of July 2021, looks like they still had this najis meletup issues. F la I’d really really stay away from this one.

If your entire unit is flooded by sewerage water, does the smell still stay there or seep below the floorboards?
Wouldn’t touch these units with a 10 foot pole knowing how much maintenance they will need going forward. |
