There are 4 types of units in 2 tower blocks.

One block faces morning sun (Damansara Utama side) and has a 50K premium. Other block faces Bandar Utama.

Types are:
1,175, 1279, 1,423, 1,670. Price per sf is around 500-550

Report highligts for Centro:
- Glomac might upgrade Centro's access road

lowlights :
- Sales as per reporting date was only in the range of 40-50%

I went into the Glomac Sales Gallery yesterday to settle balance payment on GDR unit and I looked at the sales board. In the last 2 weeks it looks like they have sold a lot of units, over 100 I think.

I asked the sales person and they told me there is a new sales package, they have not promoted it yet. They will start promotions after CNY.

Essentially they are offering an ID package, of up to 100k. I'm not impressed with ID packages, you usually have to choose their vendors and I am sure you won't be value for money, therefore I asked if I could have that amount as a discount. They said yes, but the discount varies for each unit.

I think this is why sales have moved so much recently, by my calculation with this discount and DIBs you almost pay nothing to sign SPA and with 90% loan, you pay nothing more until handover.

I think they may sell out soon. Unfortunately I cannot get 90% loan anymore.

Compare to uptown residence by sea hoy chan & atria by osk, this project really seemed much cheaper, any comment?

You might check out the actual site yourself. Some people don't like their condo smack in the center of kampung...the uptown is smack in the center of shoplots (very matured busy shops)

Uptown project is price of property + paying premium for the matured township.

Centro project is price of property + not so good neighborhood (but might have the potential to grow once the squatter is gone) , so that is the reason of cheaper price.

Give and take. See what you want.

Hi, do u hv any insights about the squatters or will there be anymore development coming to this area?
I just went to sales office and am very interested to buy one, the only thing stop me is th surrounding squatters and its really concern me...

Not sure when it will go off. Perhaps need at least 3-5 years easily.

I also know they will be an upcoming high end condo nearby Centro.

Hi, any one can confirm the main enter it is near to the flat? Just back from the office and booked a unit. Didn't take the ID but use that as 10%. 3rd floor near to guard gate. 1423sf.

If im not wrong the main enter should be facing the bandar utama, facing west
The one that u booked is above the lobby, no?

Above office, hope will be a good investment. About RM500psf. Any one know anything about phase 2. As the sale person say there will be another phase.

ID or 10% discount. Aircond in every bed room and living room. Kitchen cabinet. Two car park for1423 sf and above.free legal and snp. Price vary for each unit. Mine about rm500+- psf.facing bandar utama,3rd floor.basically pay 1% deposit and wait for completion.
