Found a bloody bug with new iPad 3G. If 3G signal is low, say 2 bars, u can't browse the Internet. On Galaxy Tab 7+, no problem. I have both on Maxis 3G service. I also tested same SIM on iPad1 3G and found no problem. Sigh.
