My S2 is playing up, I can't turn on WIFI, it switch on for a moment, scanning then off... Anyone encounter this before? any solution?

When I try to switch on Wifi, it seems to try to on it then wifi just goes off, if I try to create hotspot, also doing the same problem... 

after that my phone will not be responding

then u say u wan to "also" import contacts from gmail account.. which then u dunno how to do it..
