Another dispute has been filed against me for a transaction which was made on 5th March 2012. And I thought the transaction was all good for 2 reasons. ZACKRY 'said' it was legit, and also no issues till today.

I will need any fellow forumers from Miri to get me Zackry's restaurant phone number, or if better, the number of his parents. Total amount SCAMMED this time is bigger at 300 USD and to solve this is to refund. Zackry can't solve this, so I'm gonna let his parents know so they can pay and free my paypal account.

Quick update. The 300 USD case has been resolved. Zackry's parents is aware of this and they paid the full amount for the refund.

The mom apologizes as well, and the mom read our thread here too! I spoke to the mom 2 days ago, and I believe this is a good progress, for Zackry and for this case

Man, reading all that really made me sick. Never thought people would scam others like this. This is why people are reluctant to offer help.
U offer service to help others, people take advantage of u. U don't offer help, people complaint. This type of Zackry fellow has not only brought trouble upon himself
but also tarnished the image of Malaysia. Sooner or later, people won't trust and deal with any Malaysian anymore. I used to live in europe before and i know how it feels like

I would like to report to you a cyber cheat that happened to me recently and this guy is active in the lowyat forum, yes he would be the guy you are talking about here, Zacky!!!!
I am currently providing a UK spree service by helping people to purchase items from UK and send them back to their postal address in Malaysia. This guy (using John415's account) has contacted me few weeks back inquiring about my service and he decided to proceed with the payment.
As he kept changing his mind at the last minute while I was trying to finalise the items with him, he paid me USD365.00 in my paypal account so that I can place the order once he has confrim to speed up the process. The amount of money he paid was way over the cost of the service therefore I had to refund the balance of $180.60 to him into a different account (which I should have notice the scam by then )
What happened now is that he open a case in paypal saying that he has not received the items and paypal made the decision that I had to refund the money to him.
I have made a lost in the business but the scam is that I have refund the $180.60 to him which is my money in the first place. He has went MIA since the dispute of paypal so I guess its a scammer anyhow.
Just would like to let you know that his lowyat name is John415, and the address sent was Awg mohd haizam, address: Lot 213 lorong 7A Taman Piasau, 98000 Miri Sarawak

And now, he using his mom acc no. ROHAYAH AMIN is his mother i guess. His mother own a cafe ASIAN DELIGHT in Miri. Never repent this kid. PROOF
