But the candle break through the bottom of the band, why will you said that it's not bearish?
*
I am not so good with bb but if it has break through the bottom, market has moved and if you sell at where you sell, you have already missed the good entry.

Sorry yes it is bearish, my mistake. but maket may have moved up because you are trading at a major support resistant.

Hi Sifus. i have some questions that i want to ask.
For the chart above, the candlestick, bollinger bands and rsi indicates a bear trend.

Why does it rebound back?

Thank you thank you notworthy.gif

since mr Quinn mentioned me biggrin.gif

all from my experience;
1. the concept for rsi, stoc is to buy on oversold & sell on overbought ... which is on the contrary of what were done by you ..
2. BB take profit is at the 20MA.. sell on top of band & buy on bottom of band ( which is true sometime on a ranging market)
3. you are trading at major support (see 1M chart) .. always mark your S&R at bigger time frame..
5. you're trading M1 .... man... i can't do that... those are big traders' time frame... biggrin.gif

Which tf doesn't matter. Any tf should work. The lower tf, things just move faster that's all.
