Strata is diferent with individual title land. You can't simply build/modify extra structure without consent of JMB.

I think now those who get the rm944k to rm966k are the luckiest cause the guang dong E Shan is too far to be seen by them.

The sales claimed that the graveyard can't be seen from the master bedroom's balcony, the highest floor. I visited the army camp site to verify, and it's true.

Actually when you standing at the guard house and you look to the left and you can see the top of the mosque( dome) because the mosque is on the higher land so not only that particular row can see.The graveyard is being blocked by a block of flat which is surprisingly painted recently.

Of course the mosque is not for the lakefield it at the sungai besi champ side.

Yes it's an existing mosque I'm not sure whether facing lake can get a glimpse of the mosque or not but the grave yard are definitely cannot be seen, as I said it's too far away.
