source? afaik, importing ME3 save can unlock lvl10 weapon, plus start with the last setup when you finish the game.
good for Insanity playthrough, which I am doing right now. dunno about the xtra ending though.

^1st run with Insanity, now only doing the story mode for lulz sake

insanity in ME3 is harder than ME2
medigel only heals 3 bars, thermal clips harder to find (for me at least).
had to depend on powers.

i would appreciate the story mode, since i want to start afresh with femshep (me2 import was male). why they no give us chance to change gender with import save???

Er, ME is supposed to be one long story. Takkan your character went sex change operation halfway right? Maybe Cerberus revived male Shep as a female by accident

i never tried ME1 Insanity, maybe next time.
ME2 insanity already finished, you better prepared with a punching bag when try to complete collector's base on insanity.

Lol...trying ME3 on hardcore up to now I instantly see the difference. I don't dare go to Insanity.

i only play insanity coz got 2 achievement for insanity playthrough.

I'm in a lot better control of my character and squadmates now on my second playthrough. First playthrouh I died so many times Chickened out and changed to Normal for a bit to level then back to Hardcore.

Nope not surprising. I took 50+ hours to finish ME1 my second or third playthrough ME2 was around 40 hours with the DLC. ME3 first time was 35 hours but I realized I missed a lot of dialogue.

ME2 if you remove all the scanning and cutscene its about 8hrs.

ME3 if you didnt do any scaning and skip cutsenes its like 6hrs

no surprise

if you want interactive movie with a great story, go for bioware

if you want a totally unscripted experience, go for elder scrolls

Meh the hidden ending that was mentioned on strategy guide was the stargazer
