I think it was the other way round, Was informed that people who deposited money did not get their gold and was told to wait till 1st Oct.

This is still a 50-50 thing. Gold was really delivered to Genneva Malaysia but then got rushed on the same day. How to say who's fault is this.

Can be Genneva for the failure to distribute the gold.

Can be BNM for rushing on the "pay day"

Can be BNM again also for telling a local bank to stop supplying gold to Genneva. Thus causing Genneva having issues to source for gold. (I used to work with that local bank)

Again here I stick with what I say earlier, if Genneva is truly 100% scam company then their exit skills is damn awesome!    (this one need to wait result of the investigation 1st.)

True, if Genneva was like Poh Kong, Habib and the rest, sure this would have not happen... but then in the 1st case who would have put money in Genneva if it was not for the hibah rite?

Point 1: No, Never in any of my post have I said that Genneva is a god send. I am only looking for facts to know either Genneva is scam or not, but till now most that come out are speculations/assumptions. Maybe the earliest time I can get my answer is when the investigation report comes out. Which will be too late for my friend.

Point 2: Had interest with Genneva before but never put money. Please google "diversification"

What you say makes sense. I have invested also for the past one over year in genneva and based on my earnings of 2-3%p/mth(depending on promo!), i made around 30%p.a. Luckily when BNM raid, the gold is already in my hands so not so 'cham' as those who didnt recv the gold yet.
I took the gold to a goldsmith last weekend and was offered around RM168/gm for my gold wic i bot from genneva at RM200. This is a loss of 16% of my capital if i had sold the gold on the spot.  And my nett gain is 14% if i less out the loss from my earlier 30% gains. So if you have bought from Genneva for over a year, you will not lose $$$

when you bought the Genneva Gold....is it 20% or 25% premium if you have invested in UOB Gold at that time?

Let take the minimal overprice figure = 20%
You have EARN 30% minus 20% (you pay upfront for the so-call hibah, remember..)

SO, by right you actually EARN 10% only

If you were to sell your Genneva Rm200/gm against offered rm168/gm which you claim is a 16% losess.[SIZE=1][COLOR=blue]

Your nett gain is actually 10% - 16% = STILL 6% TOTAL losses!!![SIZE=7][COLOR=green]

The first Genneva is called Genneva Sdn Bhd.
Now is Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Next is Genneva Malaysia 2.0 Sdn Bhd..........Nothing is wrong(maybe I lack creativity  ). Maybe got Genneva Malaysia 3.0 Sdn Bhd, Genneva Malaysia 4.0 Sdn Bhd on the way....
