I might be enrolling into MMU Melaka for Software Engineering this coming June intake.
I would like to know a few things if the situation permits me.

1. I've obtained 9A's in my SPM, so am I entitled to the 50% merit scholarship upon registration or do I have to attend interviews?

2. Is the Software Engineering degree here recognized internationally?

3. How is the environment and facilities here in the Melaka campus?

4. How about the quality of lecturers and education provided? Are lecturers proficient in English?

5. Wondering about the majority race of students. ( For my own reference, nothing racist ) E.g, UTAR is filled with Chinese majority.

1. From the requirement, there is no mentioned of any interview. Merit sholarship is given to 28 programmes, so do check if your course is listed. Do note that this is for 2011:

2. All courses offered through the Merit Scholarship programme are accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA). I have no idea on who is the governing body for ITs, so perhaps other IT students can shed some light here.

3&4. I will let other IT students comment on the facilities. What are you looking for by 'environment'?

And 1 more question actualy all my documents where certified by penolong kanan pengetua of my school as my school pengetua is out of town..can rite bro?

Haha, no la already corrected when I checked. I would have called them otherwise.

I actually suggest you to write the reference number on the envelope, and on all the documents and receipt. I dont know if your penolong kanan is considered Division A Government Officer. But if you ask me, I say is ok but then i am not the admin people

My friends say send the kolej komuniti documents wit the school documents too. As Mmu might consider my kolej maths subjects to.tats wat my frnds said..should i send those oso ah brO? i would have confident with pos express unless you wrote the receipient address wrongly, or not clear. Go ahead, give them a call after 2-3 days and mention your reference number. Good luck bro
