yes it does, negatively as a matter of fact...any add-ons to a car which have been through hours of aerodynamic tests will have its effect...

in this case, the spoiler will always create downforce, depending on how fast you are going...this will negatively impact your acceleration and top speed...on top of that, it adds weight to the car too...all these will negatively impact your fuel consumption...

Spoiler and Bodykit got effect on Fuel Consumption..
Basically more weight cause higher fuel consumption biggrin.gif
*
yup true. adding body kits and spoiler indeed will affect the fuel consumption. But I don't think you can see any difference in your daily drive. I mean come on, with that little extra weight, you can't even see the difference of fuel consumption.

Unless you are talking about from 16" rim to 17" or 18" or bigger rim. Now that has a big impact on consumption.

Bodykits?...come on guys...............we are driving a hybrid. down force? how fast can we go......

driver side clicking sound on uneven road.  found out faulty disc brake caliper caused it after 5 days inspection
good work from service advisor Mr.Sew and Mr. Tham , and also the foreman who worked on this problem.

Thanks. They replace a brand new caliper under warranty?

Anyone noticed that Jazz Hybrid will roll backward when the car is completely stopped and it happened when you switch from N gear to D gear.

Any idea why this will happen?

Is it possible to resolve this issue? Send back to Honda to fine tune it?
*
u have to ask honda. but after doing some research all around the world jazz hybrid and insight is having this jerkiness. I'm not sure about crz. but the new civic hybrid should have improved.
