going back soon around 11 april, going offshore again.. hopefully my offshore leave is during the time it launches biggrin.gif biggrin.gif But my beta is wasted.. I am not keen towards the fact that internet connection is required even at single player, because malaysia line is freaking sad.. Last time i played and it lags like hell then i am discouraged to play it again... is like i whack the mobs but the hp bar no drop..

if bro is playing SP, it may not be that bad (if you can get online).
Word is the coding is quite good and it only verifies with server to confirm data only.

But if bro plays multiplayer then possibly will lag.
From guys playing beta now even multiplayer seems to be pretty well tho smile.gif thumbup.gif

20s? Heh. Late 20s here. Played Diablo 1 when I was 12/13. D2 can't compare to the sheer terror, The Lord of Terror brought upon the playeres laugh.gif

My first foray in Diablo 2 was on a friend's Pentium I PC.

He asked me to enter the Den of Evil. My god I didn't even know what to do and I panic-ed and probably died.

Den of Evil? Nothing beats The Butcher man...which brings me to the next quote...

Kids pfft. I played Diablo when I was 15. Opening the door to the butcher's room and hearing 'fresh meat'...  You guys are missing the good stuff
*
OMG dude! Not many still remember that. The sheer terror of seeing a room full of mutilated corpse, blood on the floor, and a demonic "Ah...Fresh Meat" coming REAL fast at you. The adrenaline rush, of trying desperately to out-run the cleaver-wielding demon. I remember playing the mage for the first time, I froze, and died. Reloaded, and had to run around the entire floor fire-bolting him to death sweat.gif

Good ol' days indeed.

Anyways, what's this I hear about having to be online to play the game? I don't remember reading that in the first page though sweat.gif

Guys have you check the recent Tier 2-Tier 16 outfit for each classes? Seems awesome. Pick your choice!

Barbarian = http://d3cauldron.com/2011/10/diablo-3-barbarian-tier-sets/

Demon Hunter = http://d3cauldron.com/2011/10/diablo-3-dem...nter-tier-sets/

Monk = http://d3cauldron.com/2011/11/diablo-3-monk-tier-sets/

Witch Doctor = http://d3cauldron.com/2011/11/diablo-3-monk-tier-sets/

Wizard = http://d3cauldron.com/2011/10/diablo-3-wizard-tier-sets/

Imo, i think there are some outfits overly extreme

Lucky you. I was playing a warrior and I had to play hit-and-run tactics, running circles around the room.
But towards the end, I was able to solo Diablo without any health potions at all.

WIN. biggrin.gif
