Yeah, your Aro does look like it has small finnage. I believe all the fins have broken off before and these are regrown.

Hi everyone, just an update on my aro...

Brought the fler home ard mid Sept. Seems like it's a very strong fish... Boss Chan at Hin Arowana spent 1 hr plus trying to make the fler mabuk enough to bag up, he commented that for a fish this size it's very strong. So it's a good sign.

Anyway, so far in the few weeks i've had him i've enjoyed it 24/7! Managed to get the fler to eat Hikari pellets after 3 days of starving, QH pellet he see no feel... but then i sendiri itchy hand go feed SW, and now he's back to spitting out pellets. However, at least i am able to feed him MP now, and i stuff pellet into MP, so somehow he will still get to makan some pellets la. but he still spits some of it out at times.

Last week i spotted signs of ich, and treated with salt and Paraguard, after few days ok di. And now just gonna maintain some salt in the tank for a month or two, to hopefully kill off the parasite completely.

Since he come live with me, my aro has fattened up a bit, and seems to have grown lengthwise as well. Hope can have long journey with this guy

Do you pick the roaches by your hand?
I find it very geli to pick it up with my bare hands. Any recommendation? Are they able to fly?
