I think 2014 would be a testing time for PNB funds. With the amount of spending in the country and the ballooning debt, i think the Gov would be hard pressed to keep declaring good returns. I think we should all be prudent and not keep our eggs in one basket. PNB funds give returns but always remember that these returns are on paper. If 70% of the investors suddenly opt for withdrawals, these funds would be in trouble as im quite sure the money isnt there.

Sorry if I offended any, because I understand this is a free forum. What unfairness? Yes Bumi's may have the advantage in ASB and in some other areas but non Bumi's also have the option of being a smarter investor and making much more money than many of the Bumi's themselves. ASB is not the only investment avenue u know. Anyway with this amount in ASB, ill hit the 1 mil mark in 10 years based on cumulative interest. Not bad eh. Btw, how do you know im a Bumi?
