u can try tesco or carefour, go to stationary section.. find eva foam (or something like that, i forget the name d)
got many color.. and price is RM5.90, i use 2 piece for a 2ft tank

no specific purpose u can put if u want.. or u think current surface is good enough.. then ur tank will be ok without it too

BGA not algae actually.. they are bacteria u can't treat them with algae treatment

hmmm.. u can get those med ofr BGA in lfs or even marine fish shop

but its a type of anti-bacteria... to kill off BGA bacteria.. so in the process, u might kill off ur BB and some fauna too if overdose

BGA usually come when u hving dirty filter or death spot with no water movement

yupe, for me, i always have 0.5liter as back up in case main tank run out of gas, then i have some time b4 going city corp for a refill

this soil is meant to lower ur PH to around 5

put too much coral chip will raise ur GH and eventually RCS will suffer from molting problem

avoid buying too many fert.. u just need few types only most of them overlaps, different name different brand but similar content...

put frozen bottle just will lower the temp suddenly.. and then it will increase back. wont help, and will stress out ur fish or shrimp coz of sudden drop in temp

the solution is simple enough i guess.. fan, then chiller, no other magic way to lower temp d

u can try DIY PC TEC cooler, push water thru a tec plate and heatsink (search for tec cooling), will help a bit but effect still can't beat compressor driven chiller
