Congo, the area near factory which is even further in. The townhouse is a dead city is due to its poor design. I believe LIDO is a lot better. As for the accessibilty, it is not the only access road that u mentioned. U can also access from tmn tenaga when u know the main access will be jam up at night during weekends (dont really have traffic problem on weekdays) |

for me, this project was a miracle, i remember few year ago, this land was an small access road to cheras school, and a small roundabout.
as the sales person approach me, i don't believe such a small path can build a condo building. now pass by everyday, and saw the almost completion, i would said this was a fantastic location, fantastic investment. the only downside is the mid night pasar malam everyday, and the roadside parking at night for now. can be positive as well, as big pasar malam below, lot of food and shopping |
