forgot to mention, the townhouse near there is almost "Dead City" which lelong oso no body want it.
( u can driv and go there and see, tonz of empty lot )

IMHO, too risky with that price since its surrounded by low cost property.
(another low cost apartment just almost done between Taman midah. which next to this )

Further in bandar tun razak is where the low cost single n double storey house? Do u know how much is the double storey price there? Its almost 1 mil. It is so sought after when somebody sell their run down unit immediately there are buyers n turn it into a modern house. It is among the best location in KL with many road access, hukm, public park, lrt station traffic jam free. I dont think its low cost unless u r talking about houses in kg. Congo, the area near factory which is even further in.

The townhouse is a dead city is due to its poor design. I believe LIDO is a lot better.

As for the accessibilty, it is not the only access road that u mentioned. U can also access from tmn tenaga when u know the main access will be jam up at night during weekends (dont really have traffic problem on weekdays)

for me, this project was a miracle, i remember few year ago, this land was an small access road to cheras school, and a small roundabout.

as the sales person approach me, i don't believe such a small path can build a condo building.

now pass by everyday, and saw the almost completion, i would said this was a fantastic location, fantastic investment.

the only downside is the mid night pasar malam everyday, and the roadside parking at night for now.

can be positive as well, as big pasar malam below, lot of food and shopping
