yup, but this was just too small and tiny land. and was access road to cheras school previously. single lane road less then 20 meter.

sales person tell me few years back, i think it was a scam, as i don't think such a small land can built a condo, i think it less then 1 ekar.

now it almost complete and with nice colour, i would said it look good from outside, a bit regret now.

No regret as plenty of development is on-going n in the pipeline

now the same area such as j dupion is way higher price then this and smaller.

I heard that was the event that showing good quality building to group of people. Is like a showcase. Anyway, this week I will be collecting the key so really looking forward to this condo.
