Cheras Flats also just around that area.
NO walking distance to future MRT station ( Taman Pertama ).
unless you love hospital, there is 5min drive u can reach UKM.
forgot to mention, the townhouse near there is almost "Dead City" which lelong oso no body want it.
( u can driv and go there and see, tonz of empty lot )
IMHO, too risky with that price since its surrounded by low cost property.
(another low cost apartment just almost done between Taman midah. which next to this )

actually those that bought unit with only one bedroom can park thisr car at the pasar malam.
i agree with you that the pasar malam can be a nightmare. But that pasar malam making walkinng from mrt to lido much safer.
this condo is not located inside bandar tun razak. so those low cost is quite distance from lido.
mrt is actually walkable distance. less than 500meter
962 sqf with less than 510k seem quite ok. Imaging the booming verosity , tun razak exchange , merdeka and the melitary airport just less than 5km from lido.
ot yet launch already >65% sold.
