New management team came in take over this project and continue the development. This is totally not related to the previous developer anymore. |

The owner is staying in tropicana golf and country few doors away from the guard house and few doors away from my uncle's house. Check whether is him? Or are there any other abandoned building at ara damansara? |

Anyone has examples of revived projects and after the projects have been resumed and all the residents are staying comfortably without worry about the quality of the building ?

Same like Boulevard Residence @ Damansara by Ong Chong, previous know as Vista Damansara was abandoned for more than 5 years by Antara Vista and now they are reinventing back the old building and sell up to RM600k+ and sold out I think... people tend to be forgetful  This post has been edited by M2K2Land: Mar 6 2012, 11:08 AM |
