from what my uncle told me. The developer is his friend, the project abandoned is because of his partner set him up. Meanwhile they are still in a court case, partner still sabotaging him. The owner will continue with the project after court case settled. And i'm most probably getting 1 free  .

The place is not bad with all the bunglows , semi-d's, luxury condo.

Anyone has examples of revived projects and after the projects have been resumed and all the residents are staying comfortably without worry about the quality of the building ?
