Same like Boulevard Residence @ Damansara by Ong Chong, previous know as Vista Damansara was abandoned for more than 5 years by Antara Vista and now they are reinventing back the old building and sell up to RM600k+ and sold out I think... people tend to be forgetful smile.gif

either you buy from a good developer (big big 1) or sub sales will be the safer way~
