Well .... Diablo 3 is suppose to be the MOST ANTICIPATED GAME in 2012 !!!! And even perhaps for this past few years if i dare say so myself.

And yet .... we are missing a sub forum for it, why???!!


Yes the game hasn't been released just yet, i understand. But it's very close to. Just recently Jay Wilson was asked on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the most likely), how soon before Diablo 3 will be released, to which Jay Wilson responded saying "9".

Okay that may not be proof of much considering, their terminology of Soon and Q1 was different to what the general public understood it as.

But still there is no doubt in the fans mind the game is coming, and it's coming soon.



So we need a Lowyat Sub Forum now and not later.


So please add a sub forum for Diablo 3, because it's a huge disservice for the Malaysian gaming community that love this series but are not able to converse properly about the game with other Malaysians because of a lack of a sub forum .....

But as you can see there are so many posts in it already.

People want to talk/read about specific things rather than just general chat. Under the current situation, without a sub forum, and sub areas

e.g. class builds, lore, clan recruitment, general talk etc..... EVERYTHING gets jumbled into 1 thread and it becomes a mess o.O;



Please vote if you think adding a sub forum for the Diablo 3 game would be a good idea or not

fair enough.

But personally i think we can use this time to talk about the game builds....

and maybe also dabble in Malaysian guild recruitment for Diablo 3. It's out soon, i rather be able to get these things done before the game is out

Although when the game is out of course skill build may change as we find out more new stuff, but it couldn't hurt to try and use the blizz calc to come up with builds and discuss on lowyat forum.

Hard to do that when it's a single thread and lots of topics are mixed around to even focus the convo on something specific...

e.g. if i post about something, then return 1 day later, i will only find the convo is talking about other stuff not related to what i wanted to talk about. Basically convos can easily sidetrack to many different types of things, hence the thread is a general chat, and nothing specific :/

And that is the gist of the issue some of us wanted to talk about specific things only now and then ...



I seriously doubt lowyat would not eventually add this, it's just that i reckon maybe now is a good time to do so, rather than wait a week after the game has already launched. Thats my own opinion i'm not forcing anyone to agree with me, that is why i made this a poll to invite others to share what they think on this matter

whats wrong with a poll ? not everyone has much to add to the topic, just a simple yes or no, maybe. If they got something to add they will thats why i didn't set it as strictly a poll to allow for debate.

my friend has the headset. the microphone design looks nice because you can hide or unhide it

The thing is, i already got a headphone, and a table microphone. Also audiophile wise i'm doubting it would be as good as my ATH-A900 cans


Also i believe the diablo merchandise may be over priced :/ example the diablo 3 mouse, i doubt it's better than my G700 Logitech which is cheaper than it, which i found odd o.O;

anyways seems the polls is 12/ 24 (agree/disagree) hm....

i agree it does look epic, but practical wise, it's not as good as a subforum with sub sections for discussions concerning D3

Now we got a 15th May release date, maybe now is prime to add a sub forum, so vote away

I know someone who has a guild wars 2 beta. Yeah that game will be popular so that is a good idea.

As good as Guild Wars 2 is, i doubt it will be more popular than D3.

It's a different sort of gameplay, so i'm sure even D3 players will get Gw2 when it comes out as well i know i will Just for the fact its a f2p mmorpg after you buy the retail game.
