My buyer wanna sell his 1561sqft in Sky Condominium Tower E mid floor, true corner unit with furnished, anyone interested can let me know.

As developer 1561sqft left Tower C in low floor (level 1 to level 3A facing), if anyone don't like the facing but like the layout can consider for this subsales unit.

By the way, developer still have some balance of 1400sqft (got free MOT), who interested still can look for me (others layouts very limited or sold out)

How come still got units? The towers look very impressive, can see from afar. But this place is not that popular issit?

Cash rich yes, but not slowly sell. They can't sell and actually tried very hard since completion.

I see the location ok and actually not too ugly. IOI highrise too conventional and old skool, but they never famous for highrise or architecture anyway. Seri Puteri is memang so so, below average in almost everything for such sizes.

Why can't sell? Location quite ok, and freehold some more. They built too many blocks? Or Puchong not really the place for high rise?

I am living in Puchong, it is a place mainly ownstay, not investment, or not yet. Recently more and more highrise projects, but it is lack of high class business centres, and traffic to PJ and KL are not as convenient. Nearby Sunway and Bukit Jalil demand does not spill over to Puchong, as those towns are having enough supply. So maybe is not the time for highrise yet.

Agree...i think Puchong lack of Corporate too. But for own stay amenities and the commercial activity here really doing good.
