I mean Aluminium profile. Not aluminium sheet. Aluminium sheet is very expensive and not strong compare to metal.

Aluminium profile is an extrude profile in square structure form. It mainly use for machine structure, table etc for cheaper cost. smile.gif
If I told you this black screw (actual name is blackening screw) is already more than 10yrs old, do you believe ? The metal parts is also thread with blackening and only slightly rust.

This parts is stay in indoor.

They quote me rm270/set. Should i just walk in, usually how long i need to wait if walk in?

Regardless which method, they still need you to pay first. You can try your luck by walking in and ask for a quote. If it's more expensive, bring up the email quote.if lesser, just shut up.

And u can try to say last time your friend did the same design for rm200++. See what they say.

It take 1 or 2 working days to ready.

I have contacted super press spring. They make all kind of springs on demand. @Altan gave me some spring last time. Using that as sample, I plan to ask them to make more.

I'll drop by tomorrow with a sample to get a quote. I was told it gets cheaper with volume. Anyone interested to share?

Need a sample to make the springs or can give the spec?

When I hear volume discount, normally they expect 1000 pcs or more.

Maybe you can find that box set of random sized springs instead.

Also let us know the quote for those springs.

Sample or spec will do. But its easier for me to give sample. They told me minimum is 1. So I probably ask to quote for 100 or 250.see how much different it is.

QUOTE(hihi @ Jan 26 2016, 10:23 AM)
Having a hard time to level my printing bed. I level after put a 3mm glass. After 4 side leveled. Moved the noozle to center, and the noozle was touching the bed.
How should i overcome this problem?

i have this problem. I tried to change the glass to 6mm. I suspect it's the binder clip pressing too hard.
I'm thinking to change to small clamp. That way i can control the clamping force.
