Did you clamp down the glass sheet with binder clips? Is it a heated print bed and was the heater running?

When you level the 4 corners , was the nozzle touching the bed without gap or small gap?

A RepRap can achieve consumer grade prints by sourcing quality hardware (linear rods, lead screws, frame, electronics, design, etc) and optimising the settings for the electronics and firmware. In other words, RepRap aren't consumer grade printers unless you intentionally put in the time, money, and effort to redesign and build a consumer grade RepRap printer. RepRap gives you the basic framework to barely print something but a lot of development is needed to make it a great 3D printer.

I always have second thought about buying a kit from any seller because theses kits may have parts that aren't up to standard.

it happened when you printing something like maybe at certain degree angle it will happen right the plastics will curling at the end? i also got that kind of problem last time.

when printing ABS I prefer uhu glue stick than acetone slurry, acetone slurry stick to your part (worst if your part are black and slurry are white ), for me uhu glue stick all the way never have a problem so far even with 32 hours straight print 

If not mistaken, you are are referring to the Klean Strip brand. I am not sure if its is 100% Acetone or there are a few minor compounds mixed in it but the description on the back says its acetone. Smells genuine though since the kedai runcit ones smells like diesel or mixed turpentine.

Had that problem of using light colored and dark colored ABS slurry. I wonder if transparent color ABS will leave a stain.
Also If anyone need a large 20cm x ? feet kapton tape, can PM me... I sell for RM 5 a feet (12 inch)
