looks like HLB only give out 85% loan, i finally got my loan.
am also approve today! sigh.........
but no LO, soonest is tomorrow.

i m signing snp this sat at show unit, who else? loan agreement another week.

i have two banks in hand. am and hlb, i think it's safe to sign snp guar.

hlb confirm cannot go to 90% margin but am ask to by mrta. @#% right?

banks getting smart. they know developer giving 5%. banks insist we pay 10%.....

if i got no choice i will take 85%. no choice meaning am force me to pay 9-10k mrta.
