what will happen if i sign snp and loan not approved/ i not happy with the loan margin? continue applying more banks? even those without panel?

just lose dibs? ok considering loan is 340k, how much dibs i can lose in 3 years?

i just called lee inn from trinity, only left 1 unit for 881 sf and 2 unit 1204.

block A. block B sold out.

i feel that the location is better than most dev surrounding it. opposite is jusco and commercial shops walking distance. cannot ask for more.
3 elements is on top of a hill somewhere and not walking distance to giant or atmosphere shops.

if i have money i buy more. hahahahah
