his concern is just cement brick and door frame. meaning he cannot see more potential beyond that. what a shame.

i was thinking the worst like the foundation used to be rubbish dump/ cemetery etc. choi.

i think only one bank imposed MRTA. correct me if i m wrong

for 10 years, my MRTA is only about 3k plus. so since i got not much choice, i took the offer.

either this or pay upfront 10% and take HLB offer. i dont mind paying more but unlucky me hlb only offer me BLR-2.3.

How long you will hold / settle your loan? If more than 10 years then if something happen on the 9th year (example only  laugh.gif ), MRTA will only cover the remaining 1 year for you. This is based on my understanding, correct me if I'm wrong.
