bro, perhaps u can ask from the SA there show you the letter of renewal to 99years~ they must have that piece of letter if they promise to customer.

leasehold 70 years still fine to get any bank financing, i think the issue would be the asking price would be stagnant until the lease extended ...

You only get a bit problem financing if your leasehold would be expired in 50 years time ( unless you apply for loan lesser than 25 years or so ), same goes to leasehold 30-35 years expiry ...
