Check with Trinity. There are still apartment unit available - type B1 and B3. Studio not sure. This was based on my check as per last month.

i have called trinity office earlier today. They mentioned that we will receive confirmation letter next month (no locked date at this point of time).

Upon issuance of the letter, Trinity will then proceed with final billing (applicable only to those that took bank loan). When Trinity receive money from the bank, then Trinity will make appointment with the unit holder to hand over the key

The Edge fair Value is RM290,000 for 450 sq ft??? Wonder how this figure is calculated. I bought a 610 sq ft BSP 21 for RM300,000 and BSP 21 has a lot more features and amenities.

As per my S&P, completion period suppose to be on 20/7/2015. (36 months) going to be over. LAD should apply after Raya.
