Thanks for sharing! However, I heard from a reliable source that it will be delayed, but hopefully still within this year. To be honest, I do receive the monthly bills or yearly statement but do not really check them. I sometimes see late payment interest like a few cents here and there, so not too bothered by it, even if it means I may have to pay a few hundred RM during VP time. This is my 1st purchase, not that I am not kancheong but too lazy to look at every detail or every cent all the time. Just hope VP won't be delayed too much and the place will come in the condition as promised/featured in the ad.

Ya, i also saw few late charges, but the next statement, it will gone. I suppose the developer had paid for that.
I believe that Zeva shd be able to complete by this year, although seems like unable to handover on Jun'15 as promised.

Properties in Seri Kembangan, especially with 3km radius from its interchange can easily appreciate by 10-20%. Imagine you need to get stuck in a jam for nearly 45mins before hitting to the Sg Besi Highway but reduce to only 5-10mins in future.

It comes with a price though, worth it coz you don't have to wake up early like before, spending more time in dreamland.

Hopefully the interchange will 'coincidentally' be completed when Zeva is CF ready!

Don't forget that next month mrt2 going to announce the station at Seri kembangan.

To my limited knowledge, if you refer to a sg buloh-putrajaya line, then it will not come to Equine Park area.



Instead, it goes through Mines-Serdang Jaya-UPM and ends in Putrajaya. I saw some heavy roadside constructions along Kajang Silk Ring Highway and believed is part of MRT2 tracks.

Yup is sungai buloh-putrajaya. There some realignment of mrt2 and on may 2015 MRT will display all the station.
