1/ OCBC full but yet dont issue rejection letter.
2/ HLB active, will approve, but only 85% with 30years only.
3/ others bank like no care to do your business.
4/ dont no where to find these 2 rejection letters!! vmad.gif

Finally, UOB called.

He explained actually they finance up to 90%. Out of 90%, 80% confirm DIBS, for the balance of 10% UOB still finalizing with the developer whether buyer or developer bear the interest during construction. He can't advice when they can finalize this issue.

And he came to know developer offer 5% discount, so the loan amt will be base on net amount after the 5% discount..
can say bye to UOB......

Am waiting Ambank to come back. Most likely will got reject too because they include 20% from Gross salary as expenses.

Al-Rajhi still waiting too.. Chase til the officer remember me.

Did you try on Bank of China? They offering DIBS as well.

To dai gor out there as well, below by verbal from BOC officer:-

loan amt < RM500k

BLR - 2.3%
MOF 90%
DIBS
MRTA optional
min lock in 3 years
Normal loan a/c, no flexi or semi flexi, if prepayment, need 1 month notice
Tenure 30 years
Can finance MRTA but cannot finance loan agreement

so far she told me closed 2 deals.....

hv checked with Trinity, BOC not their panel but Ad-Hoc bank.. actually no diff w panel banks..

this is what the banker told me this morning.

est your repayment amt for this loan + your current commitment + 20% living cost (which is 20% fr Gross salary) / total net salary

if the percentage > 60%, then little hard to get.
if yours approved, likely you below 60% kut...

so far only ambank i heard this 20% living cost that they take into calculation. they said everyone will hv monthly expenses worrr...

Yest i spoke w my SA, told her OCBC dont issue rejection letter, HLB cnt finance 90%, others bank sleeping, due date coming, my booking fee burning, how to handle.

She told me write email, then she forward to management see if can refund... Wondering siapa mia SA tell the same?

Al rajhi banker told me no lock in de wo.. So far only this panel bank i heard no lock in. Others all 3 years..
