Dato Neoh is as good as his word, worth trusty. Unlike Talam Dato Tan failed to build the interchange linking to Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil while he showed the buyers on his brochure that it will be built in future and put some machines there look like construction was started, but later all the works stopped.Until now, no sign of it, keep quiet only said financial problem ( restructure).

yes, it caters for youngsters but some rich aunty sapu 10 units one short, the opportunity for the youngsters will go less. when the youngsters consider and consider but in the end youngsters have to buy higher cost for subsale properties.

Certain ppl say not far. It depends where you go.kajang, sungai buluh, selayang also far. Many highways are also under planning not this one only. And some places you need to take 1 to 2 hours to arrive at your home yet it is so close like those black spot of traffic jam.

Why non halal shops are not allowed there? Muslim are staying everywhere in KV though but still can see non halal shops everywhere in KV.

Those buyers are not aim for students only. They see the potential of this area to be boomed subsequent to the completion of highway like KIDEX, skip and MEX.And ppl working not just cyberjaya but also serdang, bukit jalil, puchong, Sri petaling and oug.If not, 3 elements, atmosphere, uptown kinrara and etc wont invest here.

There are still many student staying in Equine due to food availability and Jusco. LKW university has their own hostel but it is not in cyberjaya but along a back road towards puchong and the hostel place is not convenient at all.
There is potential for Equine area to grow, I have been staying there for quite some time and move house frequently..many development is pouring into Equine park and more and more ppl here..

Agreed! Equine is more convenient for the matured amenities and the crowd is there. Ideal place for residential, Not so quiet and not too busy,unlike CBJ got many offices. And it is nearer to puchong, serdang and bukit jalil.properties at CBJ also not cheap, quite expensive.When one day the land in equine is fully developed, then the crowd may move to cyberjaya.
