passed by the road. found that they made the bricks on the road are so nice, the car goes very smooth don have bumpy feeling. very rare encounter this in KL.

I don think so for shopping unless there is a one like midvalley, i go to JUSco and giant to buy groceries, and go to Sunway, mid valley or one U to buy clothes as there got more choices. Hmm. If there is a cinema in cyber, ppl may go there solely for movie. Right now can go to mines shopping for movie, if full house can go further to jusco cheras selatan.Alamanda also can.Anyway, I like to go to pasar borong selangor as the things there are cheap and fresh especially seafood.

Agreed, there is. Always a time frame for the party to sign and always the client must sign for the acknowledged receiving the document not signing the document itself. The lawyer should prepare a cover letter stating the acknowledge receipt of the documents.

Yes, built sky bars to every block and all these sky bars are linked with sky bridge where it itself is a restaurant. How nice and romantic.

3 element is walking distance to pasar borong selangor though. The fish and vege is fresher than those in giant.

News about the interchange to MEX, it says that the construction will start beginning of next year And complete on mid of 2014.

Serdang traffic cannot be denied it is bad, u can always use the alternate way which is from bandar kinrara or puncak jalil way exit next to SIRIM which is very smooth drive.Faster than u go from bukit jalil to puchong.

Do you think paying two tolls from putra permai to kl which is RM2.20 and RM1.50 is fair for the distance?I think rm1.60 and rm1.50 is a fair deal.As there will be many ppl use it just like LDP.

Talam(trinity corporation) now is suspected having fishy deal with SELANGOR state government, will be investigating by BPR according to the news. Not this trinity group owned by DATO NEOH.

Just now, I passed by Jalan Putra Permai, I saw the signboard for the construction of the MEX interchange had been put up next to the institute penyelidikan hydraulic kebangsaan.

ZEVA is developed by trinity group which is not TALAM. Talam subsidiary is trinity corporation sdn Bhd.

Yes. At least this project for sure won't be abandoned like other development. Those buyers are crying for paying the interest to the bank and no date for them to move in.

Got pizza hut, A&W, PapaJohn, secret recipe, Sushi King, Wong KOK, Teppanyaki. Now The JUSCO got DAISO already. Opposite JUSCO got Ayamas, domino pizza and PHD delivery. If the JUSco extend to the vacant land next to it, then can occupy more shops.

Other than makan, those saloon, tuition center, workshop, 7 eleven, clinics are all located at those shop lots behind Jusco too..

Sumore, i not need to worry my car "mou yao" when want to go out. Esso, Petronas & Shell are also all about 5 mins drive. To be honest, i dont no how to consider if this is worth buying property or not. But after reading all the posts/comments here, I believe no harm to go. If really touch wood anything, then nasib la, only can blame first time buying sudah sui....  smile.gif
