Have very bad experience with OCBC loan girl fella .... she said things like "u go apply others bank lah" she don't want to entertain with those low chances to get loan ppl....
1st time see this kind of agent and telling "u can only get 60% loan...
advise those 1st time getting loan don't deal with this girl

+ Since SK is very near to Cyber, some stay and eat in SK but with Cyber developing fast with more highrise for living (completed in 2013/onwards), fewer ppl will go SK. Starbucks/McD/GSC are opening soon in Cyber and Cyber already have Pizza(Hut/Domino), KennyRogers, KFC, Nando, Secret Recipe, etc....
But believe this prop is good for own stay due to lower psf.

Yup, it is that girl. Bloody blatant and shame on Oc for hire such talent.

Coming to zeva for cbj tenant potential, perhaps more for lunch or dinner once a while but with the facilities of higher grade in CBJ, it will be the reverse that SK people will go there for shopping and movies.

So if stay at other block has to go to block C.
How good if every block has a sky bar? 

Why not the developer convert certain sky garden (which is only planting a few plants, i guess) in block A & B to sky bar or viewing deck that is more practical?

block A. block B sold out.

i feel that the location is better than most dev surrounding it. opposite is jusco and commercial shops walking distance. cannot ask for more.
3 elements is on top of a hill somewhere and not walking distance to giant or atmosphere shops.

if i have money i buy more. hahahahah

this is hot cake infact boiling . simple as that ...... SK many chinese and chinese are more concern about prop relatively . I think is a good project overall. Only con is the traffic... so far never improve .

I believe there will be some leftover of BIG units for you to shop and the price is above $400K. If you're not desperate then wait for their SOHO units which be launched very soon ba.

already survey the area b4 booking zeva, I always (maybe only) shop at jusco and love fastfood (there got KFC and McD) (Kenny Rogers in Jusco) and got maybank as well...that's y i love the area    but no nandos at jusco there.....

Am currently staying behind pasar borong. What made me buy this property? Very simple, it nears my parent which is my current home. All my relatives are just around SK. Buy Zeva, with short distance, You can reach Jusco, Pasar Borong, & Giant. Inside Jusco got post office, beside Jusco got MBB. (guess may have some others bank will come in later?)

You can find places for makan everywhere surrounding Zeva. Paparich, Bostom, Mamak & BBQ, all just opposite of Zeva, the Putra Walk. Otherwise, those shop lots behind the Jusco, you will find Station 1, Bak Kut Teh & especially the very happening "dai pai dong", try to be there at night & you will see the crowds. Fast food? PHD, Ayamas, MacD & KFC, all in 5 mins drive fr Zeva. Belum lagi mention those inside Jusco/Giant. Other than makan, those saloon, tuition center, workshop, 7 eleven, clinics are all located at those shop lots behind Jusco too..

Sumore, i not need to worry my car "mou yao" when want to go out. Esso, Petronas & Shell are also all about 5 mins drive. To be honest, i dont no how to consider if this is worth buying property or not. But after reading all the posts/comments here, I believe no harm to go. If really touch wood anything, then nasib la, only can blame first time buying sudah sui....
