warranty does cover the mechanical part only?
or even the coating were covered? I dont think warranty cover's the cosmetic of the item right?
*
QUOTE(Everdying @ May 8 2012, 07:06 PM)
the sensei coating is actually a noob mistake.
cos paint is usually the thinner at the edges, and thats where it wears off on the sensei.
i doubt that one can be claimed thru warranty even tho its not really the user's fault that the paint wears off at that area.
*
PI replaced mine after I showed them a warranty claim approved by Steelseries HQ even though it is up for PI to decide whether they want to replace another unit for that issue, they DID replace another new unit for me.

I would say that PI did a good job by preserving their good after-sales service without question asked.

Below 300 you may look for Xai
Higher than 300 you may look for sensei
Both of them has same sensors but sensei has more customisation capabilities as well as higher CPI
Mousepad then HD's pad for hardpad, QcK for softpad..depends on your preference and size..These 2 pads has a lot of sizes

Hey bro , what games u play on ? If u looking for thin > XXL < QCK + or QCK both of them are 2mm thick and 400x450mm length and width.
But if u want a small size , there's QCK Mini or Mini Dota 2 , and this 2 size is 2mm thick with 210x250mm length and width.

for 4mm thickness u have more choices , Qck+Natus Vincere / Fnatic / SK Gaming / Evil Geiniuse n lots more .. actually not so big diff with thickness if u compare 2mm with 4mm tongue.gif

Mouse , KANA is best for me hehe with price Rm 199. Or u can go for Xai. But i dont see much stock left outside there , Hurry! if u want get a Xai tongue.gif

IMO : Limited Edition QCK are the best. Loving my Tyloo edition.

For mouse, if you want to buy a Kana, I would suggest you to add a bit more and buy the Xai. More value for money. Kana is doh.gif

well i play FPS, MMORPG, DOTA 2, and other games. wanted to get 2mm thick(thats the thinnest out there right?) mousepad, bcoz currently my razer golianthus 4mm is kinda too thick. It is uncomfortable to use sometimes, as i can feel the edge of the mousepad. HD series have some nice design tongue.gif

Should be. Try looking for heavyarm @ Garage Sales. Or you can visit any authorised dealers to find them.
