if u have use another steel series product before, its quite the same except it got a hole on both right and left side of the mouse. but since the hole didnt bother me much, i just went ahead and buy it.

can anybody tell me how to rma steel series kana? my mouse got a problem with scroll button, it keep on sliding. the rubber on the roller doesnt stick makes it slide.
