Getting Started

Hey guys, bad news == My sensei RAW is officcially died ==" and i have not treated it roughly, except for constant unplugging and repluging (Using laptop, wad to do?) And now it is officially, and mysteriously broken. It does not even light up anymore when i plug into my laptop, and it behaves normally on other pcs for a few minuites, then suddenly powers off itself, and the pcs does does not even recognise it as a usb device anymore == and I've had it for only a month T.T Now i hope the shop I bought it from can offer replacement or something due to warrany, otherwise need to send to Ss support (i gt the ticket from ss btw), and they say (SS technician) something wrong with mouse, and somewhat uncommon, but happen b4.

STEELSERIES DISTRIBUTORPlay Interactive is no longer the distributor as most people know it. The current distributor is Nation Tech (Cheras). You can RMA with them. Probably soon they will know why the brand was dropped
