Everdying, now u got me into researching timat 2.2 == haha... damnn.. anyways, i just tested the logitech g35 ( not the sound) just the headset, the first thing im gonna say about the headset is that its very comfortable. Besides that, the thing that changes my mind on NOT getting the g35 is because, the demo unit looks so F**ked up! i mean yea its a demo  of course its F**ked up! but it just makes it looks like its made out of cheap materials.. its like the current demo unit is like a futuristic idea already, its like u can already determine what the g35 will look like after probably 1 year? so yea.. anyways do i necessarily need a 7.1 surround headset? it sure sounds cool! but i just play games and a little bit of movies and also music..

I'm using a Siberia V2 USB which have VIRTUAL 7.1 Surround Sound which is already enough for me

Hey guys, I'm getting a gaming mouse soon, and I'm leaning towards sensei raw or Xai because of the low profile design ( so I can pass it for a cheaper Mouse to my mom and prevent her from nagging =P)

I have lots of questions after reading lots or reviews and comparisons, fo I'm going to list down my questions and concerns, hopefully someone can help me out.

1- which one is currently cheaper?
2- which one has a better feel, or better for intensive FPS?
3- what does the sensei raw have that the Xai does not ( in simple language, cause I don't really know how to read and interprate the specs )
4- do the Xai have the same coating as the rubberized sensei raw? If not which feels better?
5- some reviews say xai's buttons are hard to click, while referring to the posts above, does the sensei have similar issues?
6- is it true they have issues with mouse acceleration, if so, it it that bad?
7- some of my friends say steel series mice have lousy build quality, is it true? Because I need my mouse to last at least a few years.
8- are they good for laptop gaming? Or good without a mousepad?
9- according to the previous post, how do I avoid the first batch defect if I decide to go with the RAW?
10- Last but not least, which one do you recommend for me to buy?

11-Extra question, I'm also planning to get a Qck mousepad, is worth it, or should I get another one?

Here's to answer all your questions
1.Xai is cheaper but it is no longer in production. You may find some leftover stocks in the shelves but you would have a long time claiming warranty
2.Both are the same if you take rubberize. Glossy last longer but is quite slippery
3.raw has higher dpi(sensitivity) 5600 compared to 5000..nothing much different otherwise
4.both feels same.
5.nope its perfectly fine.
6.no mouse acceleration..
7.lousy? what mouse they using? perhaps they are unlucky to get a manufacture defect.
8. yes the size is quite portable..medium sized..best with mousepad
9.first batch defect means its the first wave that enter malaysia...i dont think so have such defect now. Best is to test it after paying for it.
10.sensei raw..since xai stop production
11. yes..if you prefer hard pad that would be 4HD which priced around 99

Well the kana's looks and fells cheap according to the reviews, while i dun really need the lcd screen, 10k plus dpi and flashy colours, since my laptop is also black with white lights.  And the raw looks low profile enough to prevent my parents from asking that many questions =D plus i dun like heavy mouse, nor do i like very light mice.

And i'm getting the mouse right after spm =3  the flux i'll get after i get my money after ns.

Kana is the worst SS mouse ever produced, for me. If he would choose between those mouse, I would suggest the RAW over Kana. Sensei depends on the budget. If he has a budget of 400, by all means, get the Sensei.

well for me i think kinzu is the wrost SS mouse

From what I can tell, both caters different budget. The Kinzu is a basic gaming mouse, pretty worth the price if you tell me, the Kana on the other hand, is horrible and does not even justify its 199 price tag. Better if someone get a Razer Deathadder 3.5 with that price.

You need to try the mouse first before you compare the mouse. Especially during gaming or frag sessions. Judging the mouse by its looks or feel does not consider anything.
