To my understanding project won't be abandon. They will continue to build under original permit of hotel extension. Worst case they just have to pay a compound to MBPJ and case closed.

Initially that was what I want to do. Developers and purchasers are bound by SPA but words are saying that this project falls under hotel therefor it is not protected by the local and housing ministry, no?
