care to explain why standby time for 3g is better than 2g?

both pages shows the same, if WCDMA really is 3G
even N8 is better when in 3G

correct and explain to me please if i'm wrong

in car mp3 player, like past few year ppl selling fm mp3 player for cars

that's what i thought too, but n8 has been out there for so long why they still state its 3g better than 2g?

guess should ask nokia why they still advertise 3g has better standby time than 2g

they had always been
they even claimed competitor tried to get on par with n8 for the last 2 years

focus on what you like
we spec and quality centered should just ignore the trend centered

i don't mind having thicker phone too in fact i still using n82
and thicker camera phone might actually give better grip when holding it for shooting

as what nokia ppl highlighted, it's not how many pixel you got but what you going to do to them to make the picture better

how about we attach this onto an RC plane and take 38MP stills of our town
upload the pics on google earth or maps for ppl to zoom
google earth and maps had always been about zooming in and out of the map

but i tried to calculate the physical sensor ratio based on the total pixel count, turns out at about 16:11.1

not sure about that, but the smoked by WP videos on youtube show quite some previously mighty phones get smoked

let's think of the manufacturing point of view...
what would the sensor manufacturer's reaction be when nokia made order of 41MP sensor from them just for phone?
and it's pretty amazing with this sensor and all other features in the phone, you'll still gonna get it for RM1800-RM2000 only compare to a high-end compact point and shoot or a very low-end dslr with general lens.

live feed? do you mean streaming? how to do that?

i have a similar plan to make such UAV
but is it that by streaming the video feed through 3G call using only the phone?
at 1080p that's going to need a beefy data plan
i would like to know how you going to setup everything, if it's possible for you to tell
